The next Annual Mushroom Festival will be held September 6-7, 2008.
You can get a flavor of our 2007 by viewing the information on this website. We'll update with 2008 information as it becomes available.
A fun packed, two-day event in historic Kennett Square, Pennsylvania that will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 6 & 7, 2008. Celebrate the mushroom as well as the beauty, history and excitement of Southern Chester County with music, children’s rides and a variety of entertainment.

PETS...We love them too, but please, leave your pets at home for this event. Thank you.


 
Taste the Best Mushroom Soups in the Brandywine Valley on Sunday. Relax with your friends, eat, drink and be merry while listening to live music.

 
Farm Tours
Buses will leave downtown regularly to take visitors to a local mushroom farm for a guided tour of an actual mushroom farm. Experience the entire growing process first hand at facilities not normally open to the public.

Browse and buy the region’s best artwork from paintings to sculpture and everything in between.

 
Enjoy more than 100 antique & classic cars during the parade on Saturday and then up close afterwards on Broad Street.
  Cooking Demonstrations
Visitors can learn to cook and care for mushrooms with the pros. Cooking demonstrations take place Sunday during the Festival. And, don't miss the Fresh Mushroom Soup Cook-off Contest.
