Cooking Demonstration
Guest Chef Bryan Sikora, owner of Talula’s Table will make an appearance both Saturday and Sunday. Chef Dan Butler, owner of Toscana Kitchen & Bar, Deep Blue Bar & Grill and Brandywine Prime will also be making an appearance, as well as Kennett Square resident Chef David Daddezio from Merion Golf Club. Students from Young Chefs Academy in DE will also show off their culinary skills.

This year our chefs will be thrilled to prepare their culinary mushroom delights using a kitchen provided by Giorgi Kitchens and Designs, Sub-Zero/Wolf and McGrory, Inc.

Fresh Mushrooms, Nature’s Hidden Treasure
Are you a novice in the kitchen or an experienced chef? Learn about the many varieties of mushrooms grown in the KSQ area, how to use them in everyday dishes and most importantly learn the nutritional facts. Mushroom Council Chairwoman and VP of operations at C.J. Mushroom Company, Carla McKinney and Professor of Food Science, Robert B. Beelman from Penn State will give presentations at this year’s event.
