on Saturday and Sunday, September 12-13, 2009.

 Cooking Demonstrations
Visitors can learn to cook and care
for mushrooms with the pros. Cooking demonstrations take place
Saturday and Sunday during the Festival. And, don't miss the
Fresh Mushroom Soup Cook-off
Contest
on Saturday.

Farm Tours
Buses will leave downtown regularly to take visitors to a
local mushroom farm for a guided tour of an actual mushroom farm.
Experience the entire growing process first hand at facilities
not normally open to the public. |
